Ship the item(s) back to us (7 Denmark Lane, Jackson, NJ 08527), (using a carrier service that best suits you!) within 7 days of receiving the package. As soon as we have the item back, safe with us, we’ll quickly refund you. (With a just a tiny $5.99 deduction to cover the original shipping fee.)
And…that’s it! One simple step.
(Oh, but- there are no refunds for sale items. :( We hope that the great deal you got is a happy addition to your closet!)
Aha. You love it- but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock!
Just ship us back the incorrect item, (indicating that it is an exchange,) and quickly place an order for the correct item (before it goes out of stock!) As soon as we receive your item, we’ll refund you and then send you your new order!
